Our highly competitive pricing is due to our economies of scale. Currently, we clean approximately 1400 parking lots per month which allows us to pass the savings on to our customers. No fuel or time in labor is wasted traveling from one customer to the next.

  • Power sweep all litter and debris throughout all parking lot surfaces and cart corrals.
  • Power sweep all sidewalks, /sidewalk curb facing/, curbs and curb corners.
  • Power sweep all common drive-thru areas, fire lanes, entrances/exits and walk ways.
  • Power sweep and remove broken glass, loose stone, sand and gravel.
  • Special Attention - given to cigarette butt removal from storefront entrances/exits.

Details: All prices are guaranteed for the life of this service agreement. • At these highly competitive rates a two year service agreement is requested. • Dumpster privileges, applicable sales tax and fuel surcharge to be added.
